We are proud to say we have over 40 years’ experience in fabrication of metals, precision engineering, tool making and over 20 years in off site maintenance in both Mechanical and Electrical Engineering. We also have a wealth of experience in Principle contractor and CDM Control.
Accreditations & Training are a big thing here at MGJ, we understand the importance of our clients ensuring they are in the best possible hands. We are proud to announce we hold ISO 9001:2015, Safe Contractor , UKCA EN1090-2, Avetta & Approved NIC EIC.

WELDING AND FABRICATION
Our welding and fabrication services are carried out with precision and skill, ensuring the highest quality of workmanship. We take pride in our ability to bring your vision to life through our expert welding and fabrication techniques.
The fabrication team will carry out any works from production pieces to bespoke items such as safety guards, steps, walkovers, cages, platforms and much more either designed by us or yourself.
We work with a variation of metals both in house and on your site, including the usual Mild, Stainless and aluminium in every form from a thin sheet to a structural beam.
We are very proud to hold a EN 1090-2 certification amongst other certifications.
As with all our staff, our fabrication team are trained to work in confined spaces, have training in IPAF, Working at Heights, Hygiene & Safety in food manufacturing and many more.

PRECISION MACHINING
We always keep up to date with the latest technology. Amongst all our equipment we have both CNC and Manual machinery so we can offer you anything from a one off piece to a small batch of production run items.
We can work with a verity of materials from Stainless, Mild Steel, Aluminium, Copper, Brass, Bronze , Plastics and many more in various formats including up to 3inch solid bars and much larger in billet form.
Over the years MGJ Engineering have saved multiple industries thousands of pounds manufacturing parts you would usually purchase as original equipment at OEM Prices.
The variety of machined parts is extensive, most commonly requested are Shafts, Bearing Housings, Machine guides, Rollers, Spacers, Brackets, Filler Nozzles & much much more.
